  • Are your machines really free?
They say nothing in life is free... But they don't know 570 Vending! ALL our claw machines and bulk vending machines are completely free to you to put in your business! So is the delivery, setup, maintenance, and restocking we provide! There is ZERO cost to you to host one of our machines!
  • How do I get a machine for my business?
It is extremely easy! Just fill out our Machine Request Form or give us a call at 570-291-8947 and we will reach out to you ASAP to discuss your needs!
  • What is the commission percentage you pay?
We pay a commission well above the industry standard for hosting our machines! In order to maintain our competitive edge, we cannot publicly disclose the percentage, but feel free to Contact Us for details!
  • How much can I make having one of your machines in my business?
There are a lot of factors that determine how much you can earn by hosting our machines. Your average number of customers, how many hours and days per week you are open, whether your business is seasonal, etc. all contribute to how many uses the machines will get. The more customers who play/use the machine(s), the more you will earn since it is percentage based! It is also important to let us help you choose the best area within your business that will attract the most attention.
  • How often do you pay commission?
We pay commission once per month when we visit your location to perform our collection and restock the machines.
  • How do you pay commission?
We can pay your commission either in cash, by check, or electronically through PayPal or Venmo - depending on your preference.
  • Can I track how much the machine makes?
Yes! We have several ways for you to track how much money your machines are making. For all our machines, claw machines and bulk vending, we provide you with a receipt that shows the gross sales and your commission pay. For our claw machines, we can get even more detailed. We run an audit on the machine every month at the time of collection that shows how much money it took in vs. how many prizes it paid out, and can send you a picture of this. On our machines with card readers, we can also provide you with a report of how many total transactions, cash and card, occurred that month!
  • How long does it take to get a machine?
Our turnaround times are fast! We always have a few claw machines and bulk vending machines on hand to get setup in your business quickly. However, if you prefer a machine we do not have in storage, we will order it for you, and delivery takes approximately 3 weeks. Also, setup is quick and easy, with us being in and out of your business in under an hour in most cases.
  • Do I need any kind of permits to have a machine in my business?
That depends on your municipality. Some require them while others don't. We sort all that out and pay for any licenses/permits on your behalf if they are required!
  • Do you provide tax forms?
If your location earns more than $600 in commission payments from us in a given tax year, we will need you to fill out a W9 form, and the following January we will issue you a 1099-MISC form.
  • Do I own the machines?
No, you will not own the machines we place in your business. They belong to us, and we are essentially renting some space in your business to put them. We are still fully responsible for them and they will need to be returned should you choose to end the relationship with us.
  • What machines include grand prize locker boxes?
All of our claw machines come with grand prize locker boxes! They easily attach to the tops of all our machines - except the Key Catcher which has multiple built into the machine itself. While we highly recommend including a grand prize box on your machine to attract more players, they can be removed if vertical space is an issue.
  • What kinds of prizes do you put in them?
We put the "grand" in grand prize! Our locker boxes are filled with high-value prizes such as Bluetooth speakers, smart watches, and even drones! We can also do gift certificates to your business or coupons for large items like jumbo plush that you can display outside of the machine as a promotion!
  • How do the grand prize locker boxes work?
We hide a key attached to a random prize inside the claw machine. When a player wins that prize, they use the key to open the locker box and claim the grand prize! The key then remains stuck in the lock until we remove it using a master key, put it back inside the machine, and replenish the grand prize. We do this during our refill visits unless you call us to let us know ahead of time.
  • What happens if someone takes the key by mistake?
Very infrequently, a player may win the prize with the key attached and not realize it. We attach the key to a prize in a very conspicuous way, and our machines include prominent signage explaining how the grand prize box works to minimize the chances of this happening. But if it does, just let us know (if we don't notice during the refill) and we will bring a new key.
  • How do you prevent someone from reusing the key once winning?
When a winner unlocks the grand prize box, the key gets stuck in the lock until we come to remove it with our master key!
  • Can you dim the lights in the locker box?
Our newer machines have a built-in dimmer to control the brightness of the locker box. If you have an older machine, and it is too bright, we can simply turn off the lights. As long as your machine is in a normally-lit location, the prize will still be visible.
  • What size claw machines do you have?
We have 3 standard variations of claw machines available: Mini Claw Machines - 14 inches Standard Claw Machines - 22 inches Full-Size Claw Machines - 25-31 inches
  • What can you fill them with?
We offer a wide variety of prizes to fill your claw machine - from adorable plush to collectable rubber ducks! We also do seasonal holiday plush and even themed prizes customized to your business like pizza plushies for pizzerias and boba plushies for boba tea shops!
  • How much does it cost to put a claw machine in my business?
ZERO. ZIP. NADA! Our machines are 100% free with no cost to you other than the miniscule amount of electricity they consume - less than $5 a month on average! There is no charge for delivery, setup, maintenance, or refills either!
  • How much electricity do they use?
Claw machines typically operate in two power states: standby and operation. Standby power is the energy consumed when the machine is powered on but not actively being used, while the operational or maximum power is consumed when the machine is in use. This analysis is based on 24-hour operation, with each play lasting 30 seconds and the game being played 20 times in a day. However, we also provide timers that sync with your business hours, so your actual power consumption can be far less!
  • How often do you refill the machines?
We typically restock our claw machines once per month - usually the first week of the month. However, some of our busier locations are on a bi-weekly schedule. And you can always call/text 570-291-8947 if you are running low and need a refill before your service date!
  • What payment types do the machines accept?
All of our machines accept standard US currency including quarters and $1, $5, $10, and $20 bills. Most of our machines also include a credit card/mobile pay reader!
  • Do I need an Internet connection for the card readers?
Nope! We use Nayax card readers on our machines that have a built in SIM card and connect to Verizon Wireless. As long as your business is in an area with reliable Verizon cell service, the card readers will work.
  • What safety features do the machines have?
All our machines have the ability to be secured to either the floor or a wall to prevent the possibility of tipping over. We recommend fastening the machine if it will be freestanding, e.g. not in a corner. We also provide locks and signage to deter anyone from tampering with the machine. Our plug in timers can be set to your business hours to make sure the machine is turned off when you are closed. And of course, we are fully insured!
  • What if the machine malfunctions?
If one of our claw machines malfunctions, please call us to come out and take a look! In the meantime, we recommend unplugging it and plugging it back in to reset it as that often fixes minor errors. All our machines have our contact info on them, so you can refer the customer to contact us to make it right! However, if you choose to reimburse them on site, let us know and we will reimburse you during our next visit.
  • Are claw machines rigged?
Our claw machines are set to have the optimal balance between the elements of skill and luck. The grip strengths are set fairly to allow more skilled players to win, but also provide a strength boost every so often to help out some less skilled players with a little extra luck!
  • Are they easily movable?
Our Mini Claws weigh approximately 85 lbs and can easily be moved with a standard dolly. Our 22" machines and full-sized machines weigh closer to 200 lbs, but are on lockable wheels that make maneuvering them super easy! However, we do not recommend moving our machines yourself due to the risk of bodily injury or damage to the machine. You can always call or text 570-291-8947 and we will come relocate the machine for you if needed.
  • Do the machines make noise?
All our claw machines have a built-in speaker that plays music to attract customers at an interval we can set, and they all play music while a game is in play. However, we can adjust the volume or turn off the sound altogether if you need to minimize noise in your location.
  • Can the LED lights be changed?
For our Mini Extreme machines, Mega (22") machines, and full-sized claw machines, the LED lights around the border can be set to a variety of colors that suit the ambiance of your business! They can also be turned off altogether if you need to minimize the brightness. All our machines' interior lighting can also be adjusted based on how bright or dim you prefer them.
  • What kind of bulk vending machines do you have?
We have several sizes and configurations of bulk vending machines available. Some of our most common machine setups are as follows: 1" bulk vending stands - 2 unit 2" bulk vending stands - 2 unit 3-unit bulk vending racks (One 2" machine, Two 1" machines) 5-unit bulk vending racks (Two 2" machines, Three 1" machines) 7-unit bulk vending racks (Three 2" machines, Four 1" machines) Gumball pinball machines SportsBlaster gumball machines Spiral gumball machines Mint machines
  • What kind of products do you put in your bulk vending machines?
We offer dozens of product lines, including 1" and 2" toy capsules, gumballs, bulk candy, and bouncy balls. Our capsules are filled with various toys, from licensed merchandise with your favorite cartoon characters, to novelty gag gifts, and even mystery mixes! We typically provide a mix of capsules and gum/candy in our setups.
  • What prices can you set the machines at?
We have coin mechanisms that can accept between 1-4 quarters, which means we can vend products worth $0.25, $0.50, $0.75, and $1.00. Gumballs are always $0.25 while capsules can range based on the product. Our coin mechanisms are easily swapped out if you want to change a product to a more or less expensive one in a machine.
